When fall arrives in Tuscany, everyone craves pappardelle con funghi, and my Pappardelle in Creamy Mushroom Sauce is my take. Wide ribbons of pappardelle get tossed in a silky mushroom sauce made with mascarpone and Parmigiano. It tastes restaurant-worthy, but it’s on the table in just 20 minutes!
