Ciao Reader!

With Easter tomorrow, I wanted to send this a day early, just in case you need a few last-minute ideas for your table. Plan your Easter 🐣 menu with all my top-rated holiday recipes.

Steal my menu and make it easy: Lamb Chops, Dad's Au Gratin Potatoes, Asparagus, Deviled Eggs, Spring Salad, Glazed Carrots, and Easter Bread (I am making without the decorative eggs).

Make these recipes if you are serving ham: Fresh Ham, Ham with Glaze. Or, try my Roasted Lamb, or my popular Prime Rib Roast.

Whether your table is full or small this year, I hope it’s filled with good food and people you love. Wishing you a beautiful Easter and a week ahead full of simple, meaningful moments.

I’m so happy you’re here.

⭐️If you made a recipe, please leave a star rating and comment- this helps others online know it is a recipe worth making + it makes my day to read every single comment!⭐️

Let's start with a recipe you ♥️LOVED this week...

This recipe is absolutely divine. I put aside time in the morning to put it all together, but it was so quick and easy with a gorgeous outcome. Ashamed to say, I used premade pie crust (as a baker, this holiday week has gotten me worn out!), but the real showstopper is the inside.

The pie is light and fluffy, reminiscent of a quiche, yet rich with the flavor of the cured meats.

I was going to only save this for special occasions, but it is so easy to make any time. That’s our secret, though 😉 - ERIN.

👩🏻‍🍳 My Top Pick This Week: My mamma's lemon loaf is sensational! It is a family staple at our home, and we love adding blueberries. I am making one this afternoon to take to a friend.
